The Mountain Airstrip Farm- Home of Hollywood Star Veronica Lake
The McCarthy Farmhouse at the Mountain Airstrip Farm was one home to Veronica Lake, a 1940s Hollywood silver-screen actress. Veronica stared in iconic films such as This Gun for Hire, Sullivan's Travels, & The Blue Dahlia. She became known for her signature peek-a-boo hairstyle that helped define the femme fatale aesthetic of the era.

Today, the vintage, old Hollywood feel of our farm escape is a tribute to Veronica & her history. Come stay in Veronica's room, eat around a restored table from the 1930s where Nat King Cole, Mickey Rooney, and other stars sat, and more.

This was Veronica's escape- let it be yours too.
